Refund & Shipping Policy

Our company does not offer refunds. Once the sales have been made, we do not cater to refund requests. However, for customer’s ease, we operate with a return policy and credit storage policy. To avail return policy, your product must be in unused condition as you’ve received it, along with original packaging. Meanwhile, for storing credit, we’ll need proof of purchase. 

Perishable items like flowers, food, magazines and newspapers are exempted from the refund and return policy.

No Refunds & Exchange  – Just Credit Storage

Once you claim a return, we look into your request and send you an email to inform you that we’ve returned the item. If the request is approved, the return request will be processed and the amount will be refunded within a certain number of days. 

Also, note that we only exchange items if they were damaged during transportation. You will need to provide proof for that through email.

No Refunds 

When we receive your return, we write an email to inform you that your return is received by us. The team looks into the case and informs if the refund request is accepted or rejected.

Shipping

We ship our products using DHL & USPS services. 

If you wish to return your product, you must mail your product to Our Official Address and you will be responsible for paying your shipping costs. 

We do not refund shipping costs. In case we process a refund, we might deduct the shipping cost from your refund. 

The delivery time may vary depending upon your location, and case. 

 

 We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

On average, every item is shipped within 3 to 5 business days and we do share a tracking number once the order is dispatched.
